Chicken Tikka



Ingredients: 



  • Chicken - 1 kilo
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Red chili pwdr - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream - 3 tbsp
  • Hung curd / Yoghurt - 3 tbsp
  • Tandoori chicken masala - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala pwdr - 1 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Red food colour 
  • Butter
  • Salt



Method:


  1. After washing the chicken, allow the chicken to dry or wipe the chicken pieces with a kitchen towel.
  2. Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients (except the butter) and refrigerate it for min 3 hrs .
  3. Grease the oven plate with butter and place the chicken pieces on it.
  4. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and cook it at Microwave + grill combo for 20 - 25 minutes.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, Grill the chicken pieces again on stove using a grill on medium to low flame. (PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE TRYING OUT THIS)
  6. Delicious chicken tikka is ready to relish.
