Ingredients
- Eggs - 3
- Potato - 1 big size
- Onion - 2 med size
- Tomato - 2 med size
- Green chilies - 2
- Turmeric pwrd
- Red chili pwdr
- Salt
- Garam masala
- Coriander (Dhanya) pwdr
- Curry leaves
- Coriander chopped
- Oil
Method
- Boil eggs and potato together.
- In a pan heat oil and fry onions until slightly golden brown , now add tomatoes, garam masala pwdr, turmeric pwdr, red chili pwdr, salt, coriander (dhanya) pwdr, green chilies and fry this for 10 - 15 mins on medium to low flame
- Turn off the stove and allow the mixture to cool down and mixie it.
- In a separate vessel heat 5 - 6 tbsp of oil, add curry leaves , potato and mash the potato while stirring it - fry it until the color of the potato changes slightly.
- Add the paste and mix it well and cook this for 5 mins, add water according to the consistency of the gravy u want
- Chop boiled eggs in bigger chunks and add it to the gravy along with chopped coriander and mix well, cook this for another 5 mins on low flame and its ready....
