Ingredients
- Mutton Pieces - 1 Kilo (Small peices will be good)
- Ginger and garlic paste – 3 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric - half tsp
- Lemon Juice - 3 to 4 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method
- Mix all the above ingredients in the cooker with half a glass of water and pressure cook it until the mutton is tender.
- Take a pan or tawa, add 4 to 5 tbsp of oil…. Add the cooked mutton and roast it for 10 mins, garnish it with onion rings and coriander and enjoy :)
