Ingredients:
- Sandwich bread slices - 8 - 10
- Meat mince / Kheema - half kilo
- Onions finely chopped - 2 big size
- Peas
- Potato
- Capsicum
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Red chili pwdr - 1 tsp
- Turmeric pwdr - half tsp
- Chat masala - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil for frying
For the stuffing:
- In a cooker, add kheema, turmeric pwdr,salt, peas, potato and ginger garlic paste with half cup of water , cook this for 2 - 3 whistles.
- Open the cooker, add rest of the ingredients and cook this on high flame for 5 mins and take it out in a plate.
For the roll:
- Cut the sides of the bread, in a bowl take some water, dip a bread slice and take it out, keep it in between your palms and press to take out the excess water, now add 2 tbsp of the kheema stuffing and seal the bread by pressing it with your hands.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or any dip.
