In a mixer add coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, onions, whole black pepper, salt and half cup of water and grind it.
In a cooker, heat oil and add the above coriander and onion paste and fry this for 5 minutes, then add mutton and cook this for 10 minutes, now add tomatoes,potatoes and close the cooker and cook this until the mutton is soft and tender.
Open the cooker and add curd, mix well and cook this for a minute or two and its readdyyy.
Enjoy this with hot rotis, naan, bread, rice...etc
