Ingredients:
- Fish pieces - 10
- Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 3 - 4 tbsp
- Black pepper - half tsp
- Salt
- Red chili pwdr - 2 tsp
- Cornflour - half tsp
- Oil
Method:
- Make a paste using all the above ingredients (of course without fish pieces) also add half tsp of oil in the paste and mix well.
- Apply a nice layer of paste on the fish slice and keep it aside for minimum an hour or so and shallow fry in oil .
