Ingredients
Chicken - 1 kilo
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Onions - 2 big
Red chili pwrd - 1 tsp
Turmeric pwdr - half tsp
Garam masala pwdr - half tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Tomato paste - 3 tbsp
Green chilies - 3 - 4
Coriander for garnish
Salt
Oil
Method
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chili pwdr, turmeric pwdr, garam masala pwdr,green chilies,salt and keep it aside for an hour.
- In a pan add oil and sliced onions and fry them until golden brown , keep aside the fried onions.
- In the same pan add the marinated chicken and cook on medium flame for 10 mins ( do not add water), now add tomato paste and cook for a while.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar and cook until the chicken is soft and tender.
- Garnish it with fried onions and coriander.
